Please note that this is a rustic adventure trip with the outdoor magic but also with their inconvenient peculiarities like the insufficient tourist facilities along the way.

TRAVEL TIP: What to bring? Summer clothes, sandals, sunscreen, beach towel, a little flashlight, sunglasses, insect repellent and a lot of good humor!

Jeri Adventure Expedition is an off road adventure tour where we lead the tourists on board of powerful Land Rover jeeps equipped with air conditioning, CD player, GPS (navigation by satellite) and communication radio with safety and comfort, presenting them the fascinating tracks from Fortaleza to Jericoacoara. We stop anytime during the trip in order to passengers may enjoy the beach, to get sea baths, to take pictures and to know better the native fishermen way of life. Small flour factories named casas de farinha and weavers at their front doors doing their interesting works are also some of the genuine cultural attractions that may be observed when we go by outback tracks. We cannot forget mention our wonderful culinary that is a mixture of the delicious Portuguese cuisine, which prioritize the seafood with indigenous ingredients and African spices.

4 DAYS 3 NIGHTS OFF-ROAD LAND ROVER TOUR

1st DAY (Sunday): FORTALEZA 
Arrival to Fortaleza. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight.
2nd DAY (Monday): FORTALEZA MUNDAÚ 

(8 hours/160 km)
Breakfast. Departure from Fortaleza at about 8am to Mundaú town in an off road route by the beaches. We visit Cumbuco, where we know skibunda, a kind of sport where people slide sand dunes down sit on a wooden board. We also know the new Pecém harbor and other amazing beaches till Fleixeiras beach, where we stop for lunch. Then we go to Mundaú beach, where we stop for our first night. We visit the rendeiras (native weavers) from Mundaú to observe their ancestral handicraft techniques and then we go to the sand dunes to see the sunset. Lodging in a rustic lodge in Mundaú beach (hot shower, air conditioning, mini-bar, TV, restaurant, swimming pool) in front of the beach. Dinner and overnight. 
3rd DAY (Tuesday): MUNDAÚ JERICOACOARA 

(8 hours/240 km)
Breakfast. Departure from Mundaú town to Jericoacoara beach going by the outback and seaside tracks until Icaraí Beach, from where we go by outback tracks till the next highway, because of the natural obstacles at the seaside, like rivers and mangroves. Lunch. We get the highway and secondary roads till Preá beach (18km far from Jericoacoara), from where we take the beach and sand dunes way to our final destination Jericoacoara. Dinner and overnight.
4th DAY (Wednesday) JERICOACOARA
Breakfast. Day activities: hiking to Pedra Furada (a rocky formation with a hole in the middle made by the sea waves force that's a 2 ½-hour long hiking); off road tour to Azul and Paraíso lagoons, where we stop for lunch. Sunset on the dunes. Dinner and overnight.

5th DAY (Thursday) JERICOACOARA FORTALEZA

Breakfast. Free morning. At noon, we check out in Jericoacoara. Lunch. Return to the hotel at Fortaleza by highway. It's about a 4h30min long trip by regular roads from Jericoacoara to Fortaleza. Overnight.
6th DAY (Friday) FORTALEZA
Breakfast. Transfer to airport.
